Kenapa berhenti kerja?

Hi yall!

Followed from my previous entry.. Yes, that's the moment I've got a confirmation about new job..

But then, time flies so damn fast OK! Tup tup, next Friday will be my last week as a Indahan. Huhu.. 5 years working under Planning Department.. doing GIS things, doing unnecessary things.. (sort of).. At last Im leaving bebehhh~ *mengikuti jejak mr.Ildaf, cik moi dan juga rakan sekutu yang lain.. hehe..

Why? What is the Pushing and Pulling factors..?

Pushing Factors

Im looking for a career advancement (ayat skema).. Hehe.. which I bet, now Im taking a big risks OK! Ye la, i cant expect the other side is more greener from this side kan?? *mode takot turn ON*

The other factors is an advancement in salary figures.. $$!! *sapa yg pindah keje tmpt lain xpentingkan yg ini? LIARS! Ye la, eventhough I've got a highest qualification last time.. I choose and agree to be a Technician.. Berkat sabar & terlalu passionate dengan GIS punya kes.. after 2 years.. promoted jadi Executive.. dapat offer tempat lain, aku reject.. TOO Passionate la katakan!

So, In terms of salary scheme.. So, pepaham la kalo da start as Technician.. Quite low compare from friends yang mmg salary mmg bombastic la kan.. *Sila mengaku kawan - kawan ku~..* Tapi Alhamdulillah, cukup makan pakai selama ni.. Not really an issues.. ye kee??? *aku kurang percaya sikit tang ni.. =P

Pulling Factors?

The new company businesses is different compare to the current one. But, the GIS principle is there.. So, No One (1) pulling factors is because of my passionate towards GIS... company baru pun apply GIS principle..

Second factors... haha.. *kachingg!! -$$$- factors laaa... For GIS market itself, this one can be considered as a good offers.. Kata kawan aku yang ada experience 10 tahun dalam GIS laa..

Third factors.. 'Home sweet Home' punya kes.. Di kira - kira, dekat dengan rumah.. Tapi, nama pon Kuala Lumpur ibu kota Malaysia kan? Jem dia.. Nahhhaaa~ pengsan pastu bangun, bleh pengsan balik.. =P Tapi, mmg dekat la..

Itu la sedikit sebanyak kenapa aku buat keputusan untuk mecuba nasib kat tempat lain.. I'll go with a low expectation for the new company.. Bukan apa, takot sgt terkejut.. Harap dapat kawan baru.. =D Ye la, tak cuba.. kita tak tahu apa yang ada kat luar sana.. Bukan x bersyukur dengan apa yang ada.. Tapi, yakin & tawakal saje pada DIA kan.. DIA yang menentukan..

At least.. Im TRYING to improve & enhance myself.. that is more than enough..
